About the pots

• I carefully make and decorate each piece by hand. As with all handmade craft, each piece is unique, with variations in colour, size and decoration.

• Handwashing is recommended as regular dishwasher use may shorten their lifespan. They are not recommended for use in the microwave as the high iron content makes them get very hot.

  Payment

• All payments are made through PayPal and can be made using all major debit and credit cards. Once your order is completed you will receive an email confirmation.

  Postage and packaging

• The website will calculate UK postage. Please contact me if you would like to order from overseas. Delivery times are currently quite slow due to Covid. I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays in shipping or any additional fees charged to you by your country.

• Your purchases will arrive in reused packaging materials. For environmental reasons I collect boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging materials from galleries and friends and family.

  
  Returns and breakages

• If a piece gets damaged on its way to you please take a photo and contact me straight away for a refund.

• If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know within 7 days and I will refund you upon safe receipt of the returned piece. I am not able to reimburse return shipping costs unless there is something wrong with the pot. The return parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me so please package goods as safely as possible and ask for proof of postage from your post office.

  Privacy

• I value your privacy. Any personal information that I receive will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
